Laura joined A4P in April 2018 as a biomarker project manager supporting both clinical immunoassay and genetics/genomics biomarker outsourcing activities for one of A4Ps large pharma clients.   

Laura transitioned to the role of Lead Biosample Operations Project Manager in February 2021 and provides embedded resource support for the implementation and global project management of the end-to-end lifecycle of clinical biosampling across a diverse DTA portfolio.  

Prior to A4P, Laura was a Global Project Manager for a US central laboratory based in their Europe facility in Cambridge UK, coordinating and implementing the set up, monitoring and closure of phase I-IV clinical study programmes across a worldwide laboratory network. 

During her early career, Laura spent fifteen years at Astrazeneca as a research scientist in both the R&D genetics group, and the Molecular Diagnostics, Personalised Healthcare group.
