Nicola joined A4P in May 2023 as the Business Development Director to help further build A4P’s business in all areas, working to support existing and new customers.

Before joining A4P Nicola spent 5 years as a Business Development and Account Manager with a mid-sized CRO specialised in large molecule bioanalysis sales and account management working to develop new business and enhanced relationships with key accounts.

Prior to moving to a sales environment, Nicola spent fifteen years working in a large CRO within the large molecule bioanalysis space, progressing from bench scientist, developing and validating method and analysing preclinical and clinical samples, to study and team management.  She then moved from the lab area to a commercial manager role within the bioanalytical division supporting the business development teams with bioanalytical commercial input.
